  • What is Check in and Check Out Time?

    Check in is at 2 PM, check out is at 11 AM.

  • Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

    You are allowed to smoke or vape on the outdoor areas of the property.

  • Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

    Yes, we offer In Room Dining from 8am to 8pm.

  • Do you have a pool?

    Yes, owe have a swimming pool.

  • How do I get to the hotel?

    Please see our Maps + Directions page on Google. Or email us so we can help you organise transfers.

  • I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

    Please email us at bookings@bali-interiors.com and we will be in touch with you shortly.

  • Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

    Sorry, our hotel is 16 + only. So we don't allow babies or children at our hotel.

  • Is my ID required at check in?

    We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

  • Can I check in with my debit card?

    We absolutely take debit cards at check-in.

  • What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

    All major credit cards are accepted. We are a cashless hotel. So only credit card payments are available.
