Terms & Conditions

When you book accommodation or services at BI Design House, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. By completing your reservation, you agree to accept the conditions and charges associated with the rate you have selected and the terms and conditions for use of this website.

Privacy Notice

We are committed to protecting your privacy, as well as the confidentiality and security of personal information you provide to us. The information you provide is necessary to process and confirm your reservation; and this may include collecting this information in a personal profile. We may also collect information to allow us to properly process the account payment. The information you provide to us may be used to:

• Contact you if there is a change to your reservation
• Create a profile to help with further reservations you make
• To notify you by email about our special offers and promotions that may be relevant to you.

Booking

Bookings can be made online through our website or other authorised booking platform. BI Design House is an adult only hotel. Guests must be aged 16+. The maximum capacity is 2 people per room. Extra beds are not available.

Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking.

When we receive the payment, we will issue a payment receipt along with booking confirmation. We will also contact you to see if you would like transfers to/from the hotel.

Full payment for your booking must be received by BI Design House prior to your arrival. Your reservation is confirmed with your payment from your valid credit card. You undertake that you are of legal age; that all details you provide as part of the booking process, payment process or any purchase on this website are correct; that the credit card used is your own; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodations and other products & services.

Packages, Add-ons & Promos

Packages, add-ons & promo purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Booking for these packages implies acceptance of all additional terms and conditions. Any and all package offers, add-ons and promos may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Minimum Stay

Package deals and some standard rate bookings during peak periods require minimum night’s stay.

Security Deposit For Any Damages & Loses

A valid security deposit for unexpected expenses of Rp. 2.500.000,- for each room is required upon check-in. This can be done with a credit card and will be refunded upon inspection of the room upon check out. If any damage occurs to the room due to the guest's actions, intentional or not, please report it to the hotel manager so that we can repair the damage as soon as possible. We reserve the right to add the cost of replacing or repairing items to the guest's bill at check out. Damage includes, but is not limited to, permanent stains, cigarette burns, rips, scratches or other damage to furniture and soft furnishings. Failure to provide a security deposit may result in the rejection of the reservation, without a refund.

Arrival / Departure Times

Check in time is 2:00pm - Check out time is 11:00am.

If you do not check out by 11am on your check out day, and your room is still available for that night, it will be considered that you wish to stay an additional night and you will be charged for an additional night’s stay.

If you do not check out by 11am on your check out day, and your room is already booked by another guest, our housekeeping staff will pack your bags and you will be charged an additional fee.

Subject to availability and prior arrangement, late check-out or day use of the room until 6 p.m. may be possible. Late check-out or day use of the room until 6 pm will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate.

Responsibility

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at BI Design House or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not be responsible for any delays, additional costs or inconveniences that may be caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control such as delays in arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fires, floods, unusually bad weather, acts of God, Government actions, or failure of any machine or equipment.

Swimming Pool Area

Use of the pool is at the guest's own risk. No glass of any kind allowed in the pool area.

Smoking/Vaping Policy

Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the hotel. However, guests can smoke outside the hotel or in the parking area. If a guest is found smoking/vaping inside the hotel, the full security deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of cleaning the Air Conditioning System and fumigating the furniture, etc. BI Design House management reserves the right to pursue the main guest for any additional costs as a result of having to move other guests while the villa is being cleaned and fumigated.

Insects & Pests

Insects and pests live in Bali's tropical climate. This is normal. Management will take action to eradicate the problem completely. Please contact BI Design House management as soon as possible if you encounter any problems with insects or pests, and they will act accordingly.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. There are 2 friendly cats that live on the hotel and help to minimise pests. If you have an allergy to cats, please contact us to temporarily remove them from the premises.

Drugs & Hazardous Materials

All guests are not allowed to use or bring illegal substances, candles, flammable liquids or other explosives or items deemed dangerous to life, limbs or property into the hotel.

Liability

It is required that all guests have insurance cover against all risks associated with overseas travel and appropriate medical and other insurance prior to departure from their country of origin. This insurance must cover any potential loss during your vacation including illness, injury, death, damage, loss and cancellation. BI Design House is not responsible for any accidents, incidents, damage, loss, injury and death suffered by guests while at BI Design House, or travelling to or from BI Design House, or participating in activities organised by BI Design House. BI Design House is not responsible under any circumstances to replace or return any unused portion of accommodation and other related services.

Neither BI Design House, nor their officers or employees, shall be liable in any way for any loss or damages, expenses or costs arising from any incident involving clients (individuals, companies and other legal entities) that may occur whilst using any of the services provided by the BI Design House or third parties contracted. It is the responsibility of every client (including individuals, companies and other legal entities) to assess their own insurance requirements and to organise appropriate insurance.

While we make our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on our website, we are not responsible for any changes and alterations made by the management. BI Design House reserves the right to cancel reservations and contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service.

Others

We strive to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests. Please note that our hotel is located in a residential area and there are relevant noise, section and function restrictions. No party or excess noise will be accepted at any time unless previously arranged. Please follow these rules to avoid eviction from the hotel in case of any complaints.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are covered in all respects by Indonesian Law and any legal action arising under the contract will only be brought to the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in that country. We will not be liable, whether under a tort or contract, for any damage or loss suffered or incurred by visitors, including direct, consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages, arising out of or resulting directly or indirectly from:
