Refund Policy

Payment

If the required payment is not received, BI Design House reserves the right to cancel the guest’s booking request. A payment of 100% of the total amount due must be received by BI Design House in order to complete the reservation.

Payment Methods

You may pay by credit card/debit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

Amendments Or Cancellation

Guests must request any changes or cancellations in writing by email to bookings@bali-interiors.com. The email must clearly state the booking date, name, and booking number. We will make every effort to accommodate any requests for changes but the final decision will be made by management.

The following cancellation fees will generally apply:

• 0% of the total booking amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total booking amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 31 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total booking amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 30 days prior to the check in date.

No Show Policy

No Show - If cancellation is made on the check-in day / during your stay / no show, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. If you no show on your check in day without contacting us, the reservation will also be subsequently cancelled after midnight of your due arrival date Arriving after your check in day – If you arrive later than the check in date on your reservation, and you have informed us that you will be arriving late, your reservation will be held until your original check out date. BI Design House cannot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations.

Rate Display And Promotion

All prices are quoted, and must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). Room Rates apply for standard double room occupancy (2 people in one bedroom), while package rates may include either 1 or 2 guests for their room + package.

Refunds For Credit Card

Refunds for Credit Card Payments will be made after payment is completed and after the bank declares that there are no irregularities in the transaction. “Shorten Stay” & “No Show” for confirmed bookings will not be refunded.

Force Majuere

BI Design House is not responsible for booking cancellations and shortened stays due to force majeure/acts of God or conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, explosions, fires, civil disobedience, war, epidemics/pandemics, laws not effective as of the date of this agreement, labour dispute or third-party suspension. The hotel is entitled to do extraordinary cancellation of the contract for a justifiable cause; e.g. force majeure, for which the hotel is not responsible.

In addition, BI Design House will not be liable for any failure to perform its arrangements and other obligations under the same circumstances. In such cases, BI Design House must be given a reasonable extension of time to perform obligations or arrangements. Rescheduling (rebooking) or other arrangements may, at BI Design House’s sole discretion, be considered without a rebooking fee, but subject to availability and within six (6) months from the time of booking. Rates at the time of booking will apply, but if the schedule is to be changed from low season to high season, the price difference will be collected.
